How The Program Works:
Frequent Diner Program
Gianfabio’s Italian Cafe is excited to
introduce our Frequent Diner Program.
Designed to reward you on every visit to
Gianfabio’s Italian Cafe.
Each time you visit us for lunch, dinner or
carry out, present your Frequent Diner Card prior to paying and receive 1
point for every dollar of purchases.
After accumulating 300 points you will
receive $30.00 of credit to use at Gianfabio’s Italian Cafe.
Credit can be used on your next visit to
Gianfabio’s Italain Cafe or can be
issued as a Gift Certificate and given to
someone for a special occasion
Every 10 points earned equals $1.00 of
credit
Important:
You must present your card
or tell your server your full
name at the time
of your visit to
receive points.
FREQUENT DINERS
PROGRAM
TERMS AND
CONDITIONS
Cardholder
shall be bound by all of the terms and conditions contained herein, on the
Frequent Diners card and by all applicable laws. All interpretations of
Program Terms and Conditions shall be at the
discretion of Gianfabio’s Italian Cafe.
Federal and state tax liabilities shall be the responsibility of the
Cardholder.
Members
shall be entitled to discount only upon presentation of their Frequent Diner
Card at the time of meal payment. Frequent Diners card can not be used in
conjunction with banquets, special
menus, other dining discounts or promotions.
Frequent
Diner Card and membership do not constitute the property of the Cardholder
and are not transferable. Illegal, fraudulent or other unauthorized use of
the Frequent Diner Card, or any other
activity inconsistent with the program terms
and conditions shall result in termination of Cardholder's membership.
Gianfabio's
reserves the right to modify the program terms, conditions, reward structure
and awards, or terminate the Program at any time without advance notice.
Gianfabio's
is not responsible for interpretation by its employees of
program
procedure, Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict, this
agreement and management interpretation shall control.
