Cafe, established in 1987, is a well known and
popular Italian restaurant in St. Louis located in Chesterfield, MO. At Gianfabio's,
you will find many signature items that you won't find at the
chain Italian restaurants. You can also find traditional Italian food
that everyone enjoys. The open-flame brick oven and pastry display
splits the dining room from the café/bar. While still casual, the
